Carhartt WIP offers a straightforward return process, allowing customers to return unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a valid claim.
Initiate Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the completed return form provided in your initial delivery.
Label and Ship
Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
